Uk domestic shipping

i will email you to confirm dispatch of your order. You can then expect your item to be DISPATCHED within 3-5 working days after receiving your confirmation for UK addresses i take every care to ensure your order reaches you safely, and in a timely manner.

For security, items paid for by card, will be delivered to the billing address given when ordering. Please ensure your address details are correct as i cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer. i use Royal Mail delivery services, but reserve the right to use another service without prior warning, if i deem it more suitable. You will be notified if this results in higher delivery charges.

i will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave your goods unattended.

 All items will be boxed and posted in protective packaging.

Please check your items on delivery and any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to me immediately by email or in writing so i can resolve the issue to your satisfaction quickly.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number for special delivery only, so you can follow your order.

International shipping

i am unable to ship internationally at this time. however please contact me as this my change.


Returns

ONLINE PURCHASES

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify me within 14 days of receiving it.

Pieces must be sent back in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of notifying me. 

i will then arrange the exchange. 

Items made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered an item in the correct size.

An item ordered in an incorrect size can usually be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge.

To arrange a return please email susanne.davies@mail.com quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a replacement.
i will advise you on how to proceed with the return.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the returned item(s) using a secure, trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
i do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs or for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

If you are returning an item to me for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty. 

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and must be in an unworn and merchandisable condition.

i will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of wear. 
In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email susanne.davies@mail.com as soon as possible so i can arrange a replacement or a refund.

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months after delivery. Items returned as faulty will be assessed by me and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. i offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred. 

Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.
