PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The items of jewellery for sale are described as accurately as possible with images, weights and measurements where applicable.  Photographs of the items will be of the actual item you will receive.  However due to an individual computer/ screen setting, the colours of the jewellery cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.  Every care has been taken to photograph the items accurately. 

BESPOKE COMMISSIONS AND CUSTOMISED ITEMS

i am always pleased to accept commissions and am happy to discuss your requirements.  All commissions require a non refundable deposit of 50% before work commences.   If  you have seen one of my designs that inspires you, but would like a slight design alteration, or a silver design made in gold,  then this may be possible depending on the piece.  Please note that no two designs will ever be identical.

ONLINE CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your financial information stays with PayPal. Your credit, debit card and bank account numbers are not passed on to susanne louise designs.  Please see the  Paypal site for terms and conditions.
